Fortune’s Keep, a new Resurgence-style map, comes to Warzone with the June 22 Season 4 Update. This new map also brings new game mechanics such as the Black Market Run Contract, so here’s how to complete it and all the rewards available.
Rebirth Island has long been the go-to destination for Warzone players looking for some fast-paced battle royale action, but Season 4 brings competition with Fortune’s Keep. Roughly the same size as Rebirth, Fortune’s Keep will soon be there alongside Rebirth as the place to go for past action.
Fortune’s Keep also brings some gameplay news, such as the Black Market Run Contract and the Cash Extraction Event. Black Market Run Contract gives players powerful tools to secure a win, so here’s everything you need to know about it.
Warzone Fortune Keep Black Market Run Contract Explanation
Fortune’s Keep brings the new Black Market Run Contract to Warzone Season 4, which gives players access to a new Black Market Buy Station with special items not found at regular Buy Stations.
Here’s everything you need to do to complete the Black Market Enforcement Contract and all the exclusive rewards you can buy.
How to complete the Warzone Black Market Execution Contract
Fortune Keep’s Black Market Run Contract is very similar to Warzone’s Supply Run, but you’ll be heading to one of the new black market buy stations.
After picking up the Black Market Run Contract, you will be tasked with reaching a Black Market Buy Station while a timer counts down. Reach it in time and you will have access to many powerful rewards that can easily lead you to victory.
Warzone Black Market Buy Station Rewards
Fortune’s Keep Black Market Buy Stations contain a number of powerful upgrades you can’t get anywhere else, with some like the Sequencer Grenade and Nebula V Minigun never seen in Warzone before.
Here’s everything inside a Fortune’s Keep Black Market Buy Station:
- Sequencer Grenade
- Minigun Nebula V
- Specialist Bonus
- One of several classified weapons
The Nebula V minigun is likely to act the same as the Juggernaut’s minigun, but the bullets have the same effect as the Nebula V ammo field upgrade. However, the Sequencer Grenade is anyone’s guess.
Sequencer payloads exist in Star Wars mythology, acting like a land mine or a remotely detonated grenade, depending on the mode. We just need to wait and see what Raven Software has prepared, though.
Is Warzone’s Black Market Operation Contract Coming to Caldera & Rebirth Island?
While the arrival of Black Market Run has not been confirmed for Caldera, the developers have described it as one of the “New Game Features, First in Fortune’s Keep”.
So it looks like the mechanics of Black Market Run and Cash Extraction might come to Caldera or Rebirth Island (or both) later.
