Former NFL Champion Tony ‘the Goose’ Siragusa was delivered at just 55 years of age, but after a career spanning nearly 30 years, what was his internet worth?

It was reported this second, June 23, that the first participant died on Wednesday (June 22) when his broadcast agent Jim Ornstein confirmed the lack of life – however, his reason for death was not immediately disclosed.

According to AP Ornstein acknowledged: “This is a very sad day. Tony was so much more than my client, he was family. My heart goes out to Tony’s loved ones.”

Who was Tony Siragusa?

Siragusa was born in New Jersey in 1967 and began his high school football career playing with the Pittsburgh Panthers at the University of Pittsburgh. He was a starting defensive starter in his sophomore and junior seasons (1986 and 1987) under head coach Mike Gottfried, according to the 2004 book Tales from the Pittsburgh Panthers.

In the 2012 participant biography, it was revealed that Siragusa suffered a left anterior cruciate ligament injury, which required surgical procedure and made him miss the 1989 season – attributable to this, he was not selected in 1990.

Despite being undrafted, he was signed by the Indianapolis Colts as a defensive support. In 1997, Siragusa signed with the Baltimore Ravens – the staff he is best known for.

Under the Ravens, he went on to help employees to a record-breaking season, for which they allowed the fewest components of any employee in the regular season. The Ravens subsequently won SuperBowl XXXV in 2000.

Brian Billick, the coach of those 2,000 employees, released a press release saying, “There was no one like Goose – an industry warrior and workforce unifier with a generous and benevolent heart who helped teammates and the most than most people know.

“We wouldn’t have won the Super Bowl without him. This is such impressive and sad news.”

The Super Bowl winner retired from the sport in 2001 and pursued a career on camera. He played support roles in roles such as twenty-fifth hour and the Sopranos. Siragusa, moreover, welcomed the current, caves of men on the DIY Network.

Eventually, he became one of three NFL side commentators on Fox in 2015.
