Analysisaceh.com, Aceh Band | Member of the People’s Representative Council of Aceh (DPRA), Hendri Yono, S.Sos., M.Si expressed his deep condolences on the death of one of Aceh’s charismatic clergy, Tgk. H. Muhammad Daud Bin Ahmad or known as Abu Lueng Angen on Sunday morning (19/6/2022).

Abu Lueng Angen or Abu Lhoknibong passed away to rahmatullah at Zainoel Abidin General Hospital in Banda Aceh around 7:30am WIB.

“Innalillahi wainna Ilaihi raji’un. We are mourning again the loss of the figure of a great scholar who became a light to us ummah. May Allah SWT place the deceased in His heaven,” said Hendri Yono.

Hendri said Abu was the leader of the Dayah Darul Huda Islamic Boarding School in Krueng Lingka, Stepan district, northern Aceh. The deceased was one of the scholars who played an important role in Islamic education for the Aceh generation which produced many students and scholars for the nation.

“On my behalf, together with the administrators of the Aceh PKP Party, I express my condolences and deep condolences on the death of Abu Lueng Angen,” said the Aceh PKP chairman.

“We hope that the spirit and perseverance of the deceased in studying and teaching Islamic education will become an example for us and for the current generation,” he concluded.
